I am a storyteller, film maker, actor, coach and pyschotherapeutic counsellor.

I recently co conceived, wrote and directed “Changemakers in Health”; a short film for the World Health Organisation telling the stories of change makers in the global health system. This is the third in a trilogy of storytelling films and live performances which encourage behaviour change in policy makers and the general public. The second film Life Growing up is based on the true stories of young people in the UK growing up with HIV, and the first “The Skin I’m In” tells the stories of people living with the skin condition psoriasis.

I bring my storytelling skills into a variety of business contexts;  coaching communication and storytelling skills,  using traditional stories as a framework for deep development and powerful enquiry, and pairing this with vocal work to enable people to find their voice. I am working with women on workshops to empower us to be the authors of our own stories. I also tour internationally as narrator in Max Richter’s Blue Notebooks, and I lead several community arts projects using the arts to bring communities together including a very popular local singalong
